Neighbourhood is a chic, yet relaxed Irish restaurant with polished and attentive service based in the heart of Naas, Co. Kildare.
This is, as its name suggests, a neighbourhood restaurant — somewhere to unwind and enjoy creative and genuine, flavour-driven food and drinks in an elegantly easy-going setting. Neighbourhood is a brand new restaurant with ambitions of becoming the best restaurant in Kildare.
Neighbourhood’s chic, modern space has a mix of high stools, dining chairs, and counter-top seating overlooking a chef’s station where some of the snacks and desserts are prepared. Polished concrete, textured plaster and deep green walls in the restaurant are lit by hand-blown glass globes and the glow of the wooden counters is echoed in the curves of the Scandinavian-design chairs.
Neighbourhood's Commitment to Artisanal Ingredients and Craftmanship
The Neighbourhood team works hand in hand with Castleruddery Organic Farm, Ballymore Eustace to select the absolute finest artisanal ingredients.
Head Chef Gareth Naughton and his team treat these ingredients with the utmost respect, cooked over our wood-fired oven or hand-cranked grill, to deliver an impeccable final product.
Our bespoke tables were hand-crafted in the historic sea side village of Ardmore, by Waterford Wood.
The à la carte style menu has been created by Head Chef Gareth Naughton.
Neighbourhood menus change seasonally, as we prioritise using the best available produce.
Our Mission
Our aim is to celebrate great Irish produce and talent, and help support local businesses by sourcing the best ingredients straight from our Irish suppliers.
Neighbourhood’s menus will feature plenty of elements produced in-house, from dry-aged meats, cured fish and vegetables, to preserves and pickles displayed on surrounding backlit shelves.
